We put our coverage in writing, component by component, so you know exactly what's protected and for how long.
Coverage applies to the original purchaser, for systems installed and maintained per Blu Water Systems guidelines. Full terms in the warranty statement.

How to file a claim
Call (850) 972-2215 or email hello@bluwaterfl.com with your proof of purchase and installation paperwork. We'll issue a return authorization number and take it from there.
What isn't covered
Damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, flooding, freezing, other acts of nature, or water conditions beyond a system's rated specifications. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
